Payments and Delivery Policy
We are only able to fulfil orders that are to be delivered anywhere in Mainland UK. However we appreciate that many customers who live outside mainland UK have an interest in our products, We will quote you a price for delivery outside Mainland UK.
We will deliver all our products by TNT couriers in Mainland UK.
You can expect to receive your bed slat order within 1-2 days of your order being placed unless specified on product, We also offer an express delivery service if required. For All Solid Oak Bed order we aim to have your bed delivered within 3 weeks. All our bed slat holders are shipped on a daily basis.
Our bed slats will need to be signed for upon delivery. As soon as your order is ready for dispatch you will either receive a call or email with delivery information. Deliveries will take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.
If your order can not be delivered for any reason and the parcel is returned to us then we will have to charge for Re-delivery.
We do our best to make it as convenient as possible when arranging delivery of your order
All our items are shipped by TNT
We will ensure that your order is dispatched on time for a next day delivery. On the day the goods are shipped you will receive a email with tracking details of your order, this will enable you to trace the order on the TNT tracking system
In the Unlikely event that your order fails to arrive on your chosen day we are unable to refund cost for delivery as the courier will still make a charge when the goods are successfully delivered. We are unable to compensate you for failed deliveries that are beyond are control
However we will do our very best to speak with the courier company to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible
Please ensure you will be available to accept delivery on your chosen day (Monday to Friday) If you need to cancel the order as you are unable to accept delivery then a 20% administration charge will be applied to your order.
All damages must be reported to us within 48 hours in order for us to make a claim with the courier. We regret that if any damage claim is made after 48 hours from the date of delivery then we will not be able to entertain the claim.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU CHECK YOUR PARCEL FOR ANY VISIBLE DAMAGE TO THE BOX. IF THERE IS ANY VISIBLE DAMAGE THEN PLEASE SIGN FOR THE PARCEL AS DAMAGED AS WE WILL NEED TO MAKE A CLAIM WITH THE COURIER IF THE GOODS NEED TO BE REPLACED. IF THE PARCEL IS NOT SIGNED AS DAMAGED WE CAN NOT MAKE ANY CLAIM WITH COURIER.
