Our Returns Policy

Returns & Replacements

Here at, we aim to supply bed slats of the highest quality. We want to ensure all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase and therefore have a stringent quality process in place before any of our products are dispatched for delivery.

Our Solid Pine bed slat sets are manufactured to order, Customers will need to select the number of slats they would like in their set, they will then be custom made to order and we are unable to offer any returns for these orders.

Our Beech sprung slats are available to order in our standard lengths of 915 mm, 1050mm, 1220mm or 1400mm. We then offer an In house cutting service and can cut down the length of the slats to meet your requirements. If you use our cutting service then the order will be a custom order and we are unable to offer any returns for the order unless a mistake is made with the size by us.

Any products that are ordered and cut down to customers required size are custom orders and excluded from our returns policy.

It is of utmost importance that customers double check their measurements as we cannot accept returns on any orders cut to size.

If you are not happy with your order, (exluding custom size items) simply return it to us in its original packaging with 7 days and we will process a full refund excluding postage. This applies to all products that are not customised in any way. Please note the customer will be resposnible for the return postage costs.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you do not have a right to cancel or Amend your order once the order has been placed and accepted if your order is a custom order.

All our bed slats are professionally packed using quality materials to ensure that your bed slats arrive in perfect condition.

We retain the right to apply a charge of 20% of the cancelled order value to cover the time taken to pick item, pack item, unpack item and restock the item in the warehouse. This will also cover the administration and handling costs involved in the cancellation of orders.

You must report any damages caused by delivery within 7 days of receiving your order. We regret we are unable to accept any damage claims after this time. Once you have notified us of the damaged goods the company will replace your order.
